Training Advice for 275 mile Event

Hi,
At the end of May I am going to be cycling 275m in 4 days for a charity event and am after some advice on training for it.
At the moment I only get out on Sundays (due to dark evenings) and will do about 60 miles at 14mph average. I have a 1 hour session on my turbo trainer on Wednesday and another 1 hour session on Friday. I know this isn’t anywhere near enough training for the event so I have thought up the below training routine –
Monday – Run 30 mins
Tuesday – nothing
Wednesday – Turbo train 1 hour
Thursday – Run or swim 30 mins
Friday - Turbo train 1 hour
Saturday – nothing
Sunday – Cycle 4 hours
I work weekdays so I only get time to train in the evenings and at the weekend.
I could also schedule leg and upper body weight training but not sure what day to do it and what other training to tie it in with. There is also nutrition and recovery that I have thought about as I know with doing all this exercise that I will lose weight as I’m only 57kg and tend to lose weight quickly.
As much advise as possible would be much appreciated on the training plan, weight training and nutrition.
Thanks

I think one of the positive changes the coalition has made is that cycling in the dark is now actually allowed.
Get some lights. Go cycling. Commute to work by bike if possible (eg - 15ish miles or less each way). I wouldn't bother with much running.- Genesis Croix de Fer

Not an expert, but I recently got up to 70 miles for the first time, admittedly on a flattish route. I was tired but Ok, and the next day I was Ok too.
The difference is that you have to do that 4 days in a row, so I'd have thought you need to be putting some long rides in on consecutive days. So Saturday and Sunday rides, perhaps? Is the gorilla tired yet?0 -
Trying to get riding to work is a good plan as you will be getting the miles in & getting yourself used to repeat rides day after day.Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.0
