Garmin training templates & diet advice required

Just ordered a 810 bundle today. Had the edge 200 recently and my cycling has mainly been on and off and mainly for weight loss. I plan to up my miles this year and have no clue how to use the zone training etc with the hrm. I was wondering if anyone has any training plans I can copy that will help me with endurance strength and fitness. Interval style if possible. Also would I do interval training rides of 10-20 miles or so mon wed & frid then a longer run of 50-60 on a Sunday ?
I'm also used to w/watchers food now and realise it doesn't support this sport. Any Healthy cyclists diets or pre & post ride meal advice would be appreciated.
