Ian I had a good watch of all the Vids last night. Good job on finishing all the stages and the race looked like you where ready to give up at point. I recognized lots of bits of the trail from when I rode there last May. I was n 120mm XC HT and they were fine. It would have been a lot easier race if it wasn't for the muddy conditions.

I can recommend going back to the Quantocks It’s a great place to ride and there is loads there.

    How did you get on?

It was better for me but still managed to come off a few times and bail on section 2 on the massive drop in. enjoyable (apart from 1-2 transition) but i am still hurting now!

    only recorded two sections

Just found this thread. I had a great time sunday for my first enduro event. Came off twice, end of stage 3 just before the final drop (couldn't see as my goggles steamed up) and on stage 4 too. My times were ok according to strava. Not sure when results are out though.

results should be out tomorrow, not sure how i will fair, but my team mate was on fire, so hopefully he'll do ok.

Goggles were a right pain in the arris, i ended up going half and half, and they did cause at least one of my many off's at the begining of the day.

Yeah, goggles were fine on stages 1 & 2 as i had loads of time to cool down a bit waiting for my start but the others were tight timing so no cooling off time!

What time did you set off? I started at 11.20 and the stages were cutting up and getting real slippy by the time i rode them. Pleased with just the 2 offs!

Yep aston, looking forward to it. See if the QECP Team can take the win again :)
    Could try sports class?

Wont be any sport class acording to the website.
looking forward to the QECP one though, as long as the ground is almost hard and not like the last two races where they have been like riding in jelly by the time we get to them.
