Let us know what it's like and how as I'm tempted to give round 3 a go as it'll be close by and near the start of term so should be able to spare the time (and money) to have a go.
I have only ever raced XC enduros, so this is completely different, I have an aversion to gap jumps too? Is there any?
Done 2 out of the 3 rounds last year, also I went to Tiscombe last year for along weekend.
There will be nothing that you can go around, Don't like the look of it go round it. there might be some small drop with no chicken run be should be roll able.
Tiscombe has some great trail XC and DH, all doable on any bike (I rode all the DH trail on a 120mm XC HT)
Have fun, take it easy on the transition and fast as you can on the stages.
Also the QECP,Hampshire trail builder are putting on a Gravity enduro just like the Enduro1 series, All the profit are going back in to the local trail, It’s on 21st July would really appreciate any support you can give to the event. Should be a really fun day.
Been on the page, but cant see how to sign up for the race
It was will on the BC website but its not live yet, keep an eye on the facebook event page and they will post it up when is live(Should be in a week or two i hope)
I really want to do the rd1 of the enduro1 at tiscombe but its two weeks before my baby is due so can risk it. Shame it should be a good one, This is about as hard as the trails get: http://www.pinkbike.com/video/296794/
Been doing a lot of prep, watching videos and now have got a sponser.
Did some surrey hills training last weekend, still a bit off the pace but not as far as I thought
I like the look of the events.
Unfortunately, the first two clash with some bigger races for me, but the last to and the QECP enduro are doable on my present rota

The QECP one there will be chicken runs round all big features, there will be a couple of small drops and roll in with no chicken runs but we will be test the trail pre race with the most XC guys we can find
By the way if anyone has any questions I will be happy to answer them.
Can you normally get a look at the big features prior to race time?
Obviously i'll be traveling quite a way with theses races so doing the day before or weekend before will be out the window?
In XC races, at least we get a sighter lap
The Enduro 1 all the stages are ridden blind. The QECP one is in a small bit of wood land so if you get there early you should be able to have a walk round to have a look at some of the trails but mostly the same as the enduro 1.
Man it looks great fun, I have ridden stage 3 before It’s a great trail and a lot easier in the dry. Wish I wasn't busy for Round 1 But we have signed up a team up for Round 2 at FoD (QECP Trail Collective). We won the Swinley Round 3 Under the name of "Kingley Vale Mountain Bikers" see how we do at FoD
