turbotraining.co.uk - anyone else using it?

When I'm stuck for inspiration on the turbo, I head to www.turbotraining.co.uk Its fairly basic in what it provides (over 1000 turbo training sessions and a real time player that basically shows you the plan, has a count down timer and shouts at you when its time to change steps).
I have saved quite of few plans to my profile, but wondering what other plans people are using on there to help boost FTP? I need a plan that changes quite a lot to keep me focused!
Thanks

Only came across it a few weeks ago and not really looked to much at it. Some of the plans do look quite good just depends on what data the user uploads e.g. cadence, HRM, power etc but think its a good place to start.Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.0

I used to use it just as a timer for interval training but not now that they've started charging people for playing their own plans, the wankers!
I now use Interval Training Timer for Android by Halmi.sk - does the same thing but cheaper and better.CAPTAIN BUCKFAST'S CYCLING TIPS - GUARANTEED TO WORK! 1 OUT OF 10 RACING CYCLISTS AGREE!0 -
I use it and find it useful. Very easy to follow plans and lets me just concentrate on the effort. Its free to use.

I just put on Terrorvision Live DVD and when they do a high intensity song ( thats most of them! ) increase the resistance and try to keep it going for as long as I can, then do a song at a lower resistance to recover. Having said that, I have been wondering about a more `structured` training vid. Just got Sufferfest Angels which I had planned on putting on my Ipod until the hard drive went bust yesterday!
So any free training vids would be appreciated!2012 Bianchi Via Nirone Xenon
