  • You could try red hoods so that they match the back of the saddle - see my Cento Uno on here:

I've got the same on my Izoard - red on the back of a black San Marco Regale so black bar tape and red hoods.
  • hmmm, now youve got me thinking.....I like that look...perhaps Ill buy red and white and see how each looks? :D

Loving your Cento Uno by the way, especialy those racing zero's - they are lovely with the red spokes....

Thanks mate. Now I’ve got Zipps on the Cento I’m going to stick the Zeros on the Izoard for the summer. I’ll post some pics when she’s done.

Stunning! Got a similar colour scheme going on with my build (albeit a lowly Ribble), hope it ends up half so gorgeous!
  • So, finally got my hands on some American Classics for the Wilier :D .....think they look really good.

have to change one of the brake lever/shifters as I trod on it and snapped it whilst it was upside down and I was fitting the wheels  ......so, when I fit that, Ill change the hoods for red ones I think, then I'll take some proper photos outside, but couldnt wait to take this one...

Then apart from groupset tinkering, I think Im done......I really like how it looks now

Jury's still out on that one. I am not even sure I like them on my bike.

I think I have come to the conclusion that white wheels are not for me. :?

  • Nah, don't like them. They spoil it massively. Much better to have black deep-section wheels

  • Not sure what those wheels are for Paolo....me or The other poster?

Anyway, I really like the look of the American Classics on the Wilier....I havent actually ridden it yet, so the proof will be in the pudding I guess.....I do get what you say about deep section black wheels, and I do fancy some Cosmic Carbones but just cant afford them....

Anyway, its the ACs for a while and I always thought it might divide opinion.....But I like them and thats all that matters

Paolo is aiming those at me as yellow is the new black

Although as I have stated previously they are probably a little too much even for my dubious tastes 8)

Full carbon tubs I think
