I have nearly finished reading this book. It covers absolutely everything you need to know from nutrition, bike position, psychology, powermeters, tactics etc. as an elite roadie with 13 years of acing under my belt, I still have learnt a thing or three. Well worth a read whatever your level!

Thanks for the tip, I'm hitting a plateau at the moment (a very low plateau) and looking for a way forward, I'll give this a go.
