A ban for Frank could be just what Andy needs, leaving him to ride for himself with no distraction from big bro.0

I'm a troll. Sweet. I've been called a lot of things, but that is a first. Sorry, I don't participate enough to be a troll. I just check in on occasion -- I've learned a few things from some people in this forum, unfortunately you're not one of them.
I'm just not an Andy fan.
Nice catch on the flech de Sud though. That is a monster race. I stand corrected.0 -

Hello! He's won the Tour de France as well...0 -

You should look at your own contribution before you judge others. You will find the comment above an apt description of yourself.Contador is the Greatest0 -

Yes, he did.
Who won the 1999 - 2005 TdF?Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0 -
There is a difference between winning and being given by default.
Ask the man himself. I think you will find he is of my opinion not yours. As is Scarponi about Giro11. Rightly so.Contador is the Greatest0 -

ah....Scarponi...well, he has additional reasons for feeling sheepish at inheriting the Giro, eh0 -

Ahh, well, your special, aren't you? Because...
"What's written down on paper could be one thing or another. But in the end what counts is your feeling, and the memory that remains imprinted on your retinas. What's on paper is secondary."
But for the rest of us, Schleck won the Tour in 2010. True fact!0 -
Do you think your opinion about what Andy Schleck won is more important than what Andy Schleck thinks he won? Interesting.Contador is the Greatest0

It's not an opinion, it's a fact.0 -
If a piece of paper says you did something does that make it true? No.Contador is the Greatest0

Ahh, yes. I was telling everyone how Andy Schleck won the Tour in 2010. Look, here's a photo of him in the winner's jersey!

The 2011 Giro you can make a justifiable argument for, but the 2010 Tour - no way.Twitter: @RichN950 -

That is one mightily angry cat! We're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

Wouldn't you be?0 -
Anyway.
I'm pleased he's not packing it in.
I do have concerns. Frank was the one who cracked the whip with Andy's traninig IIRC.
But an on form Andy makes for a better race - especially if Contador is there too. The two of them could easily make life difficult for the 'sky' train and we'd have a just-the-favourites selection much sooner.0 -
I'd be pretty sure that if Contador and Andy turn up to a GT together they will work together and turn the heat onto Sky, having fun in the process.Contador is the Greatest0

Thats the kind of thing I dream of.0 -

Frenchie, I hate to break this to you but generally winners ride to win, not to have a general hoot and laugh. Not really the top priority.
Let's trust no more dropped chain incidents, eh?0 -

Ah. Fatal flaw in my argument.

I hate to break it to you but you are not correct in this one. Yes they ride to win but there are some (the two above, especially Contador), who are very aware of the fans and do actually ride aggressively even when it isn't technically necessary.Contador is the Greatest0
