Claim!!! i did, it definatly makes things easier, i also took the driver to court, it's the only way drivers are going to learn to give cyclists the respect on the road we deserve, it wasn't you fault (from what i understand). the harnces are they were on a phone listening to music, or not paying attention, so my advise...... Do your worst.
