Bricklayers is better (or well was). Can't do Weds
Anybody else game? JG, WR, any Gregs, DDD, London Red, loadsmore.
I like the chatbot thing, made me chuckle. You coming out this way for a drink or see you in the Morpeth?
Arf. I've seen pics from a previous Christmas drinks, featuring someone who fits DDD's description, so I'm pretty sure he's real; but maybe Paul E is DDD's Mr Hyde. You can put me down as a possible for Wednesday next week, pending EPO approval. Thursday is almost certainly out, and Friday is a definite no.1985 Mercian King of Mercia - work in progress (Hah! Putney is a win, despite any look JG might throw in my direction. May be a little late as we're supposed to be watching a colleague die on stage (he's an amateur comedian)...- 2023 Vielo V+1

What about the prince of wales in putney, good ale selection, usually have Wandle which is an excellent session beer, and is near east putney (District) and Putney (NR) stations?

Pay attention next time Greg. I think we should do it again in the new year to keep away new year blues.
DDD just come out for a drink and relax, you'll enjoy it.0 -
wife's Xmas party on Wednesday so I'm babysitting. Be good to hook up though at some point. Will hopefully get to the Morpeth on Friday.0

Indeed though I probably will not stay for long, hangovers for my line of work are not great ideas!0 -
I think Putney seems the post popular location. Possible pubs mentioned are the Spencer or the Prince of Wales. Prince of Wales is on URR and better for those on public transport, so I think that probably gets the nod. It's here
I thought I was good for early drinks as I was due to go out on Wednesday anyway. Now turns out the EPO thought I'd be gonig out late and has organised early drinks herself. So I will probably be a bit late.
Who's going, at what time and for how long?0 -

I'm off Wednesday so I'll aim for half six and stay for while I can always wobble home via Richmond and Bushy parks.0

Will aim to be there for 19:30, but this week doesn't look as if things will go to plan, so may not be able to make it at all.FCN 2-4.

Can do 18:30/19:00. Will be in non cycling attire I'm afraid.

No idea which pub you're meeting in though.
Sure you can. I think it ended up being the Prince of Wales in Putney.0 -

Ditto. Except that oddly I grabbed my NightVision jacket as I left the house this morning. I am a stranger to a sense of style. I think we agreed on the Prince of Wales, didn't we?1985 Mercian King of Mercia - work in progress (Hah! Who am I kidding?)

Yes, Prince of Wales. I should be there about 7ish. Convinced the EFO* that my need was greater than hers, not sure how.
Also in non cycling gear and taking a bus.
