ok, so OPQS have their team camp this week with the obligatory (for them) set up of riders being dumped in a forest and shouted out by military fitness peeps.
HOW IS CAV GOING TO COPE??

Pffft. Saxo have a more "proactive" method of fostering team-spirit.
They're giving them guns :'This week I 'ave been mostly been climbing like Basso - Shirley Basso.'0 -
s'pose that'd be one way of incentivising Nico to finally get a GT stage win
but sorry, LangerDan, a camp that involves banana boats is hardly hard-core0 -
Wow you think OPQS is good. Check out what Roche says about Saxo's:

(Ps., Contador haters should steer clear of the link above as in addition to team building info it contains positive info on the best GT rider of the last 20 years)Contador is the Greatest0 -

erm...all that says is that he's better GT rider than Roche - not sure there's anyone that disagrees with that....
(or that he speaks spanish better than a Franco-irishman and a Dane)We're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

he's also failed more drugs tests than Roche0 -
Also he's not as good a grand tour rider as Indurain."In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

Sickly Tommeke...had to skip the camp (bet he was devastated)

Never won anything though, did he?I have a policy of only posting comment on the internet under my real name. This is to moderate my natural instinct to flame your fatuous, ill-informed, irrational, credulous, bigoted, semi-literate opinions to carbon, you knuckle-dragging f***wits.0 -
there are a couple of cracking pics coming out of the team-building, of Cav looking WTF. Can someone less technically inept than me, post 'em up? one in particular has just made me laugh so much, tea I was drinking just shot out of my nose0

Cyclingnews accurate as ever (sic) with their sub-heading 'More team building for the team which dominated 2012'
Think CN missed off the crucial word 'Classics'0
