How much do people value the decoupling figure?
What sort of length of ride do people do to determine a decoupling figure?
can / could and increasing decoupling figure over a short space of time indicate fatigue?
Is monitoring decoupling over a base building period worthwhile?
My decoupling is generally about 1% - 3% over a 2hr 75%FTP ride, would this indicate that over 2hr's my base is pretty much as good as it's going to get?

In that case, it pretty much negates the other questions regarding it!0

I don't value it at all. Your cardiac output is a mixture of heart rate and volume. Tracking how just one of those changes over time is meaningless as far as I can see. As you don't know how the other changed, it's meaningless to track one thing.Jibbering Sports Stuff: http://jibbering.com/sports/0
