Anyway, I must crack on with some work, not a bad day today as on £130 an hour. Won't find me worrying about £30 this afternoon.

I'm also a little unsure why you think that PBK should respond to you when they have said that they haven't received the goods, especially when you have no proof of delivery or tracking information. What do you expect them to do ?

Your quarrel is with the Royal Mail, not PBK, and to be honest, if you've alerted them to this thread, and they've seen it, don't be surprised if they ignore you further. I would, you mook !
