Do you have an old knackered turbo trainer?

Hi all
I have put a posting in the 'wanted' section of the classifieds for old turbo trainers, but think a post here would be more likely to bear fruit. Mods, I hope that is ok?
I am a member of Congleton Cycling Club and am about to do a Level 2 Coaches course in Feb, after which we are hoping to get some cycle training for kids and youngsters set up for 2013. As part of this we will need to buy some training equipment so are looking at fundraising opportunities.
I am planning to build a cycle powered generator, which will attach to a block of lights, each one illuminating as the cyclist pedals faster. It will be for use at fetes and shows locally next summer to raise some of this money.
What I need is old knackered turbo trainers to mount the bike(s) on. Doesn't matter if the turbo bit has leaked all over your Wilton shagpile and no longer works as I would be removing it to mount a generator in its place (well, old washing machine motor!)
So if you have 'out-trained' your turbo and have just bought a new one, please consider throwing the old one in my direction. Obviously the more local you are the better, I would not drive to Aberdeen to pick one up!
Thanks in anticipation of your help guys. PM me if you think you might have something suitable.
