I need to keep my heart rate in the recovery zone so as not to impede recovery. Does anyone else wear a heart rate monitor during sex just to make sure?

No but if I could just find a way of getting this PT working. Wonder how many watts are sustainable? And how much variance there is in Functional Thrusting Power

I'm currently designing a condom with strain gauges attached, along with a magnetic cadence monitor so I can work out my power output. That way I could stay within a certain range of a percentage of my FTP (fornication threshold power) and ensure that I don't 'blow up' halfway through the interval.CAPTAIN BUCKFAST'S CYCLING TIPS - GUARANTEED TO WORK! 1 OUT OF 10 RACING CYCLISTS AGREE!0 -
Would the resistance need to be at a constant level each time to ensure repeatability?Boardman Road Comp - OK, I went to Halfords
