I took that to mean that the shorts and shoes were in the river. Beyond that, worryingly ambiguous.

Bit early for that here.

Watch this video clip from the BBC covering the women's diving. The poor girl has a very nasty entry to the water, but that is not the funny bit. Just play back the footage at 0.5x speed and the commentators sound like they've been out on the lash for a few hours! Made me chuckle.
Sometimes. Maybe. Possibly.

Don't need to watch the video to know that will hurt.

Extension to this. I was at a museum today with some of the grandchildren and saw a kit which was part of my drawing instrument set prior to the Staedtler, then Rotring sets. Lower left is an ink compass.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.

While at the museum I saw the bike below. An e-bike released in 1992 for those thinking e-bikes are a new thing.
The Sinclair Zike selling for £500. Production stopped after 6 months. Probably because £500 in 1992 along with the wheels being too small.

Sir Clive wasn't allowed that good at human transport.
Circus monkey transport though, nailed it.

Battery was on a shelf on the other side. I picked it up, felt like about 2 kgs. 😱
I'd guess it installed to the front of the seat tube.

Clive Sinclair was great at coming up with ideas ahead of his time that he executed badly.

Ran through the next village this morning and managed to trigger the speed check sign a 6mph. Never had one activate to me running before.
