are you looking at the same photo as me? because that looks like Nibbles to me!

The team-spec bike is the other clue.

Yes I'm looking at the same photo, and no, it doesn't look like the same person to me. The bike is irrelevant - any Walter can own one of those :P

The photo was taken and tweeted by Valerio Agnoli who is in Kazakhstan with Nibbles. It's 100% him.

that MCippolini has a very short top tube and a properly short wheelbase - riotous big gear on it as well

OTT in a way that only Cippo could do :)

Stunning Cervelo. I really want one.

It looks like there's an alloy steerer on that bike - seems pretty unbelievable for a top-end fork.

But it's actually an alloy coating, described here : http://www.cervelo.com/en/engineering/technologies/integranpowermetal-nanovate.html

I'm assuming that's a much smaller teammate' bike
It's only a bit of sport, Mun. Relax and enjoy the racing.

I love the matching covers, that's class. Can mere mortals buy something similar (for a pair of non champions spec Sidis, of course)?

Why would you want champion spec covers if you are not a champion?

My question is either poorly phrased, or you misunderstood me. Probably both.

Thrust was - "Can one buy a pair of ordinary Sidi with matching (ordinary, shoe like) covers?"

Just after Campagnolo’s star studded 80th anniversary gala, the news comes that Ridley is joining in on the celebration with a limited run of Helium SLs. Built with the limited edition Campagnolo 80th Anniversary Super Record Collection, only 80 of the Helium Special edition bikes will be built. Designed with a complimentary stealthy paint job with matching red accents, the bike is certainly appealing. The price? The whole bike will set you back a cool 8,999 Euro, or about $11,680.

    From REDSHIFT:

Must be modelled on Contador's TT action.

    Expect similar stem for Froome....
