An all-black bike with black components not only looks ace it is easy to change components without it looking like a clown's bike. I would avoid any temptation to colour-match various bits and bobs it just looks like you are trying too hard or really have no idea at all.

I agree to a greater or lesser extent. Definitely can get too pimpy and at the end of the day its a bike not a supermodel. I like the one colour frame, black rest of kit personally and am going for that - plan on mine is orange frame, black everything else.Closet jockey wheel pimp whore.0 -
Well, i'm thinking acid yellow or satin black with custom made glossy decals.I'd probably send it away to be powder coated this time too... So i'll to save a bit of money for that. I'll build her, start a thread for her and sort paint out in the future.0

Im sat on the fence on this one , i like the bright yellow it stands out and i agree bright frame colour black finishing kit to stand out, gold and white would be nice but me thinks it should be an off white not bright white.
Or maybe Satin back with red bling added here and there0 -
That Capri is SICK. It would match my new bike scheme too. Where can I get it?!Closet jockey wheel pimp whore.0

Gold bug!(?)
I'd second the colour too, since it looks like a slightly richer version of my yellow Sov.0 -

Everyone should know that lime green is the best colour, ever! Especially on bikes, I think its best done when used in moderation, a stealthy frame, wheels and forks with subtle lime green highlights...
So this colour scheme and decent looking frame0 -
I suppose that's a satin black isn't it? It does look pretty good. Though the Ellsworth is black... the Canyon was black before I painted it... the bike prior to them both was also black... People will start to think I'm a goth!0

Since I've had proper mtb's I've only had black bikes, and now both follow the black/lime theme! T'is the way forward0
