    You'll be fine. I dislocated my ankle, fractured my tibia and smashed fibula. It's now held together by rods and plates and it doesn't stop me doing anything. In fact I have more problems with the other one that doesn't have the metalwork in! Do your physio, get your strength back and get back out there.
