MHR:FTP

Firstly i've tried search function and found something close but didn't really answer my question.
I have loads of turbo workouts based on %MHR. I've squandered some cash on a powertap and would like to convert them to %FTP. Is this possible - what is the relationship between the 2? I would have thought that ftp and fthr would be the same (or thereabouts) but apparently not.
Any help appreciated, thanks.

Now you need this

buy the above book and you'll get everything you need....
then go out and do the FTP test described, and forget about HR and look at the AP numbers for the 20 minute intervals. HR is a bit of a red herring when it comes to calculating your power training zones - it has other uses but not for that....Your Past is Not Your Potential...0 -
Yeah i intend to do the workouts based on power, just seems a shame to chuck out all the ones i already have. I was hoping to do a conversion of some sort and then be able to use them with power instead. ah well.Death or Glory- Just another Story0
