Maintaining Cycling Fitness

Hi!
First time on this part of the forum. I will be on leave with misses and kids in a fortnight's time. Usually during my work week I commute twice a week by bike (~26 miles return trip) and usually cycle at the weekend which means I do from 50-90 miles weekly plus do two swimming sessions a week (aim to do a triathlon next year).
During my fortnight away, is it worth using the gym facilities to maintain my cycling fitness or should I let the body relax and get back into it once I get home? If I opt to do the former, is there any training schedules I should follow for indoor cycling if I hit the gym twice a week which you can recommend?
Many thanks!

Do whatever you want - you won't lose much long term fitness by 2 weeks off - it'll return very quickly. But equally staying fit on holiday is something many of us find essential and would hate to do nothing. If you want to exercise - exercise!Jibbering Sports Stuff: http://jibbering.com/sports/0
