Garmin edge 200 challenge me.

I've recently purchased a garmin edge 200 and can't workout how to select the challenge function.

I thought it would be available via the course option but can't find it.

If anyone knows, please give me a heads up.

But shouldn't that same apply when I select a course that I created from a previous route cycled.

Isn't the idea you challenge someone else on their route?

Yes, but also that you compete against yourself, pushing your PB...
