Keeping power up over the winter

Hi looking some advice on keeping my power up during winter training don't want it to drop to much threshold was about 295 at last test I'm about 68 kilos so heading the right direction. Want to keep it as high as possible

    Why wouldn't you look to improve it?

    Lots of training is the best way - look at the workouts that work well for you - those that you are happy completing mostly and keep doing them as often as possible. Assuming you don't do CX seriously, then there's never any reason to spend your fitness on being fresh for an event so the winter is the ideal time to build CTL and increase threshold. Unless the weather is particularly bad and you absolutely can't use the turbo.

    Keep riding, that will keep the power up.
