Been cutting back on Junk for the last two weeks and replacing with fruit smoothies and tons of water. I Lost 7lbs!!! in less than 5 days and the ride at the weekend was so much quicker and less laboured.

I wondered what everyone else is doing to stay lean and in tip top cycling shape, and what others are doing to keep the weight off.
