Afternoon Chaps,
Watching a couple of pro cycling videos on nutrition I notice quite a few teams enjoy a lovely smoothie to kick things off before a ride. A lot of the time, I get up and cycle early doors so getting my lovely oats, banana and honey down me is a mission. Making up a smoothie I can sink whilst I wake up and get warmed up would be brillo!
Anyone get any lovely recipes they'd care to divulge? I am lactose intolerant so soy equivalents would be smashing!!
Thanks All
