As title says I am picking up a turbo trainer tonight, which I hope I can use to train more. The idea is to do 30mins to 1hour cycling a day, as I can do it while watching TV etc.
Now the question is do I need to change the rear tyre, or do I just except the fact it will wear out sooner and I will have to replace.
I have also read that sweat can damage my bike, now I dont worry about this at all while riding outside and I dont see how riding inside would make much of a difference.

Get a fan, as you will not believe how much you will sweat. I use old tyres on the back at lower pressure than normal, they do get warm which the trainer tyres dont ( hence the lower pressure ).0

Your tyres not going to wear out in a month because you use it on a turbo trainer, I wouldn't bother changing tyre every day, but if you have a spare wheel, put a trainer tyre on that.
Put a towel round your shoulders while on the trainer, you can mop up 3/4 of the sweat with that.
Also, won't lower pressure on a trainer tyre increase the heat, and make things wear out sooner? Would the heat of the tyre will increase the pressure to bursting point? All the above is just advice .. you can do whatever the f*ck you wana do!
