Hi, I've done a couple of searches and not found anything related in here, so here's my question.
Wifey has just shown me an advert for Mercury Performance coaching's Peak district cycle training weekend. Has anyone on here any info as to how worthwhile it was? I am not a racer, just enjoy longish rides but even at my age, think there is always a better way to do things. Apparently groups are divided up into abilities. Oh and I'm 57 years old (no beard or sandles and ride a Spech Rubaix :x )....and I live in Leicestershire where its relatively flat
This is the advert:

PS. I have been made redundant and wouldn't want to spend money that wouldn't really give me much benefit...if you follow my reasoning.2 minute grovels can sometimes be a lot longer..tho' shorter on a lighter bike :-)
