Advice with Training.

Hi,

Can anyone give me some advice on the training that I've started. I've looked up a little online. I'm doing 3 different sessions and training 6 times a week.

The 3 sessions are

28km Race against the clock(TT)

6x2 Interval in Zone 5 dropping to Zone 3 for the rest 2min. 10 minute spin up and the rest of the 28km route spinning to cool down.

50KM 15min spin up followed by 1hr 35min in Level 3 follwed by 15min spin down.

    So you are doing all 3 sessions twice every week? I'm fairly new to this to but most training plans seem to go in 4 week cycles. The intensity ramps up over the first 3 weeks and then the fourth week is an easier adaption week. The cycle then starts over. The key is to build over time and not overtrain.

    The plan I'm using at the moment, mixes base rides, tempo workouts, intervals, active recovery, big gear sessions and more that I've forgotten :)
