Hi,

I recently purchased one of these on offer, and i'm not sure how to "correctly" set it up?

i set it up as i thought but as i'd been on it a couple of mins it worked loose and i fell off, the question is, "how tight do you tighten it" i'm worried about damaging the frame or wheels by over-tightening? and i'm also worried about falling off again?:)

Tight enough that you don't fall over.

Are you one of these people that's too smart to read the instructions? Double check it's set up right, then if it's anything like my Elite .. you turn the screw till it holds the QR (you are using the one that came with it, if there was one?), and then give it 3/4 of a turn more, and slide the lockring down.
