this thread has grown arms and legs
just see mattymod has posted on another thread saying he finds specialized shoes very narrow. that'll be why he didn't want mine then! remember they were advertised for £80 and described as chipping on carbon sole. i also included detailed pics as you can all see which were included in the advert. he then offered me £70 which I accepted. the shoes are fine and as described he is making a mountain out of a molehill and could be using this as a smokescreen for the fact they don't fit him. btw. you can just keep the shoes as you are obviously needy.
i agree the saddle doesn't look great. it was advertised cheaply and described as well used with some of the cover peeling away. before selling i made the mistake of supergluing these bits, to make it more presentable and anyway i presumed the buyer would have done the same as he knew what he was buying e.g. clearly described as cover peeling. i'm genuinely sorry the buyer wasnt happy but sold the thing for 15 if memory serves, hardly being scammed.0 -
Have a look at the sole of the shoes in the pic on the first page, do they look like a sole that would, and i quote, 'fall off' within a few days. What was matty the mod doing with them in those days....using them in place of a hammer? tap dancing? using them in place of a horseshoe? trying to carve out a new face for mount rushmore? taking his bike out but walking alongside it instead of riding? or did they not fit him? :?:0

Spesh shoes do seem really narrow in comparsion to other makes that does not make any diffrence to the fact that you sold a pair of shoes that were busted .0

And a saddle that was a con.
FAT Head, stop trying to defend yourself, sort everyone out, apologise and don't let it happen again, or are you not man enough to do that!0 -

You what? Still? I have to ask you one more time
Do you believe the sh1 te that you spout? If you do you live in a different world and if you dont then you are a liar.
You sold me a saddle that was described as well used. No damage was mentioned YOU NEVER MENTIONED THAT YOU HAD GLUED IT BACK TOGETHER -do you understand this, this is pretty f***ing significant. There is a world of difference between a well used saddle and a well used saddle that has been badly glued together.
Why did you not mention it? Did you genuinely believe that it didnt matter??? Of course you knew, but who would buy a saddle if you said 'glued together'? I wouldnt have.
Will you refund my money, yes or no?0 -
I mentioned the skin of the saddle was peeling away, wasn't it?0

No, no you didn't describe it as that. I wouldnt have bought the thing if you had, I thought I was buying an old saddle with the logos worn off.
