    Most people could have set that off on a downhill, he admitted it was only a 30mph zone. Bit of a pointless vid if you ask me. Would have been better if it was a 50mph zone, know that would have been more worthy of a vid.

    There is an old offence of furious cycling - riding too fast. Under town police clauses act 1847. The others road traffic offenders act etc. are fine only offences.

    But the two offences of wanton and furious cycling and furious cycling are not the same and not even in the same law.

    Do the police chase after you on their bicycles ? Does the rozzer put a rotating blu light on top of his cycle helmet and shout whoo whoo whoo as he pedals after you? Throw some donuts behind you and you'll lose the tail.
