    Did it work before?
If so have you done anything to it?
    If you have, what?

Er, that's kind of odd. I can't fathom how it couldn't hold the saddle.
Is the saddle clamp all built up in the right order, with everything in the correct orientation?

The clamps that's hold to the sadle rails have worn some how seems like the metal is quite soft that grips the rails

can you supply pictures? I'm almost certain something's not aligned properly. I've crashed mine badly loads of times and even though the clamp is damaged in many ways, it still holds the saddle securely.

The clamps have some burs on them where it's griped the rails in guessing this is the problem every think is in the rite position where the clamps must be a soft metal it's created the burs causing it not to clamp properly..... I'd this sounds better the clamps that hold the rails on my sdg aliso are full done up but still there is a gap

Can you file the burrs off?
The clamp is made of aluminium, as are a hell of a lot of saddle clamps, and aluminium is a fairly soft metal.
However, it shouldn't cause any major problems.

Thing is if I file off the burs I'm loseing the material so it's still not going to hold the sadle guess iljust have to whack the old pole on and try to source some new clamps or make some

You're a cnc miller? Strange, machines usually struggle to ride bikes.
Just ask your lbs for a new clamp. Funnily enough I did exactly this yesterday, and they're ordering one in, nay bother, like.

Bike shops get parts from distributers, not random websites generally. And it's 'know'. Believe it or not, words that are spelt differently often have different meanings. Which makes it easier for people to understand your random ramblings.

"burr" is one of those words that was very misleading in this context, since a burr is something you could have filed off.
