I feel that TSS is a pretty powerful tool in training at correct levels.
However, the help info on Training Peaks isnt particularly helpful or gives full explanantions and details of consequences of going under or over.
Has anyone any links to documents etc that give someone like me a broader picture of how to use TSS correctly and ultimately better results?

you need to read the excellent info on Training and Racing with a Power Meter - Coggan, as it has all you need to know.
Going over/under has no meaning though. TSS is just a measure of training intensity and duration that allows comparison between different rides/riders and over tme. There are no rules for using it.Your Past is Not Your Potential...0 -
