Golden Cheetah v3 streetview not scrolling

I'm having difficulty getting streetview to work in training mode. I've followed this guidance but the streetview image still isn't complete and doesn't scroll during a workout. The image is correct (it's the start of the activity) but it's static and incomplete.

Everything else in train mode is working and I have a good broadband connection. Any ideas?
