    not seen any of the main press pick up on this yet.

    What we need is a sea change in all of cycling. Riders knowing you need to dope to get anywhere then them becoming DSs and passing the doping down to the teams they run. All "looked after" by the UCI

    I agree with this but how do you differentiate between JV and JB. Particularly when only one has so far admitted doping?

    there needs to be a licence system so that any DSs that are as dodgy as JB , Saiz etc get banned. We've seen with the Ferrari ban that with no licence it doesn't mean anything.
