  • Red tape on the drops looks great. Bike is perfect as is, don't change a thing!

Although, arundel mandible cages would look good...

It's a nice bike, but if you spent as much time riding the damn thing as you did pimping it up, you'd be a pro by now.

Iv done 2100 miles since August so yea i need to ride it more, but its just so much fun adding to it but now, i think its there....il consider black bartap in the future but il give the red a chance first....

Are these those handlebars..? http://www.planet-x-bikes.co.uk/i/q/HBE ... _handlebar

How do they handle/feel when youre using the horizontal up hills etc?

I think this is great build. I am sorely tempted to do something similar as a pre winter project. Can't decide on the frame yet. FM066 SL looks great but its not exactly a bargain. I do quite like the shape of this one though. Any idea how much it weighs as a finished bike?

Yea thats them......they fell great on the horizontal tops....and are very nice bars...
they look truly amazing and are a bargain for that price...my 40cm ones weight 220 grams or so
The only criticism i have is the shape of the drops...its probably just that im not a huge fan of
anatomic drops though....all in all highly recommended

Weight is 8.2 kg as seen with pedals etc.....
Its heavy but im not bothered about weight and don't like the idea of spending hundreds to make the bike lighter.
Any imporvements I have made have been down to fit or aesthetics...

And how do the cables run?

Easy to swap over and cables run very well. no problems at all.
As soon as seen carbon bars with internal routing that looked like that I bought them. I got them for £40 though :D
I think that wing bars where only the drops are wrapped look really unique and interesting
