In case you don't know, everytime LLS wins (and celebrates with such class, such pro-ness), he is remembering his brother who died in a quad bike accident.Contador is the Greatest0

Ned Boulting has carpet tacks!"In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

I don't think he's a suspect though.“New York has the haircuts, London has the trousers, but Belfast has the reason!0 -

Congratulations, @lleonsanchez ,you deserved this beautiful victory!

Yeah a Sagan fan couldn't stand it, so he planned it, he set it straight using tacks in front of the chase, he couldn't stand the chasers when they got there......
The Peoples Champ approves of this post. Possibly the only post on BR to ever make him chuckle0 -
No problem for Rolland wanting to attack like he did. But with th emanner he did surely he'll expect some form of "live by the sword die by the sword"
Good to see wiggins calling time when Evans had his puncture. Especially as he puntured soon after. Imagine what Nibali would have done if Sky road hard from Evans only for Nibali to do the same surely after :P0 -
Yellow Peril wrote:An interesting stage today. Anti-Wiggins gradients, could be an opportunity to bust the Sky train who must surely be due to pay for their work.
You were right about one thing. A most interesting stage. As for Sky having a train wreck, well, not today. Mabye in the Pyrenees, but I wouldn't bet the next paycheck on it.0 -

You forgot the part where he called Wiggins a fool for waiting for Evans!0 -
TJVG is not a natural raconteur."In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

Is today's biggest loser Nibali?
I expected him to attack on the steep technical descent.
Shame he never had the opportunity to do so.0 -
The idiot who throw stuff onto the road should be arrested, as he could have caused serious damage to several riders. Even more idiotic on a descent like that0
-
got to admit, he is not exactly media engaging in the same way as Cav, Wiggins or Evans. He needs to learn to cry, shout, sulk or slap someone.+++++++++++++++++++++
we are the proud, the few, Descendents.

He really didn't look like he was going to. He went over the top very casually. Just way too much flat road to stay away from 4 Sky guys on.0 -

There was a casualty. Kiserlovski is out.
:x What is with spectators and the people coming to watch cycling these days? So many idiots running in front of riders, pushing them, and a few have caused riders to fall, but this deliberate sabotage is essentially a criminal act.0 -
Saw an interview with Teejay and I have to say he came off really bad. Sounded like he was trying to make an excuse for not waiting and knew he was going to get the hairdryer treatment in the team bus.0

We were positioned on the descent of the Mur this afternoon. Two of the RSNT riders stopped in front of us. Horner gave whoever the other guy was his wheel. Then Monfort came around the corner with a puncture. Then a Euskatel rider.
Saw George so my Tour is complete
Saw Cav, he wasn't far back at all. Saw Wiggo and shouted for him to get his sideburns cut.
The compact flash card in my Nikon was found to be corrupt this morning and as the shops were shut I couldn't replace it. My wife took some well composed shots on my Samsung Galaxy S II, I'll post them later if I can find my data cable.
My eldest son loved it, but did comment about 'noisy cars'
A good day.0 -
