I'm not sure I want to admit what I got; suffice it to say that it's a country where lots of people don't believe in evolution :-(

Come on, cheer up now. Have a biscuit.

Sorry, I only brought two packets in today; I ran out ages ago. I'd pop out and get more, but the shop's at least 300 yards away and I can't face the walk...

I hope that I am from one of the more northerly States, Oregon, Vermont or Maine. If I have to be a f*t b*st*rd at least let me be a civilised f*t b*st*rd :) Doesn't shape have an influence on health outcomes? I'm sure I heard that waist size is a significant indicator.

Another Laos. Was recently Chad-like. How is it that I can eat this much food and still resemble a third-world citizen? Reading this thread over a nice glass of chardonnay with some almonds and crackers to nibble on... heading out for dinner to Chinese restaurant. Is this what they do in Chad????

Don't understand this BMI business - since I retired in Jan my waistline has gone down from 40" to 36" . My weight went down to 80kg but has increased again even though my waistline remains the same. My BMI comes up as 28 but I'm 6ft 2in and Mrs JW is now complaining I'm too thin
