Overweight is 25-30 and 30> is Obese.
The BMI is a good measure in some cases as a guide but when I was at my slimmest and could easily fit in 32" Jeans I was still in the overweight category. I wear a 34" Jean at the moment and am in the Overweight category.0 -

well, apparently I'm fatter than a yank, as I'm 29 and Kuwaiti.
In my defence, BMI has often been discredited, so I'm surprised it's still used so much. No account for muscle rather than fat, no accounting for sex.
I have some moderate love handles, but no beer belly, and I'm apparently one of the biggest tubbers in the world?
Mind you, explains why I'm in the granny ring as soon as the road points up!0 -
