Uplaod old Garmin Data to Strava

I've got lots of training rides uploaded on Garmin Connect but every so often I clear out the Garmin itself. Is there a way to load the stuff on Garmin Connect into Strava or is it just a case of starting from my last ride still on the Garmin ?

    You can export your rides from Garmin connect as a .tcx file and then upload them to Strava using the 'upload a file on your computer', you can only upload 1 file at a time, to upload in bulk you need to send all the files in an email to Strava customer support.
