He obviously is a big cycling fan.

You have to be a bit unscrupulous to have made a lot of money anywhere, judging by my recent interactions with a rather large firm.

    fixed that for you

ТинькоффБанк - just testing the cyrillic character set..

Wow. More russian money entering the peloton. The triathlon scene also has witnessed a large influx of russian influence & athletes in recent years.

If I won the euro millions I guess I would stick money into a team

Not sure what colour socks go with that. What is the Frenchie verdict?

Yellow and blue is unlikely to go down all that well in Denmark - bit too Swedish.

Maybe Fuglsang won't sign for Saxo after all...

So does this mean FF's favourite rider will be riding in the most hideous jersey (when he returns to racing)

I like that, it will be easily visible in a peloton that over the last few years has got slightly more drab and more samey. Although they could have tried a bit harder with the 'Tinkoff Bank' logo, it looks like they've just done it on Paint or something with limited access to any fonts.

    Good read.

It is isnt it, I love these type of things that Inner Ring does, it provides a lot of context, of which I am not aware. And its quite a good story of Tinkov too, like it makes me think, 'yes this is someone that is good to have in cycling as a backer'.

Had the same thoughts re Tinkoff.

Cant comment on the inner ring blog as never follow it apart from articles that are posted on here from it.
