Tacx flow multiplayer Vr T2220 - any good?

I'm thinking of getting one of these so that I have some way of training and recording my power output. They look very fancy, is it just gimmicks? Is there a better turbo that shows power outputs? i can't afford a power meter and this looked like the next best option.
