I love the Vuelta.

And this year is going to be amazing.

Route looks very good and balanced. Also has about 8 MTF!

I'd be surprised if he didnt come back better. He has a point to prove, no mental stress and is training very hard (and putting in new records and epic rides).

I am a fan of the Vuelta - However I do get a little fed up of looking at all the dying shrubs and sand. My only criticism.

I don't know how they do it. I handle the heat pretty well (I think), but climbing a mountain in anything more than 30 degree heat is pretty awful.

Problem with the Giro was that Contador had no opposition, if Schleck rides the Vuelta surely that will make it exciting?

I agree with Rich, the problem for the Giro was it was too hard.
