Here is a thought I had during tonights game -
Ever since the '80s every tournament has had a main talking point during/after the first few games.
The ball.

The ball does say Tango12 on it, but the panels are nothing like the hexagon/ pentagon ones above. It is refreshing that no-one has moaned about it though.0

Can anyone explain to me what the precise rules about when a goal is scored? Ie when has the ball crossed the line?
On the line but has to touch the ground a la rugby/cricket? breaking the plane a la NFL? totally over the line a la tennis?We're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

Whole of the ball has to cross the whole of the line for a goal to be awarded.0
