It would appear to go through the rear triangle.
    Stumped......
None of the above should be taken seriously, and certainly not personally.

The valve stem is in the wrong position. It should be vertical, at the top or (preferably) bottom of the wheel.

The cable in the background is a trip hazard.

We have a winner.....fecking rim tape split in the rim and a spoke pierced the tube, must have happened just as I pulled up....noticed the flat at lunch.

As for the other comments; the cable runs from the U lock through both wheels and the frame. yes, someone nicked my bartape, it was yo' mamma :-)

I was told to always do this on my MTB. If you snag something it could undo your quick release if it's not facing backwards.

Fat and fast, y'see......Not really an aero rim, it weighs about as much as the frame and fork do.

Being heavy doesn't stop it from being aerodynamic.
If it is aerodynamic, rather than just looking like it is aerodynamic. I mean, I could draw a car which looks like an F1 car but I doubt it would create much downforce whilst keeping drag to a minimum.

Or you might get a fluke and produce something ground breaking.
