I've just set up and tried out a turbo trainer for the first time. If anyone can answer the couple of questions below, I'd be very grateful:
1. After the session (about 60 minutes) there was a silver line down the middle of the rear tyre where it had been in contact with the roller. Does this mean the tyre is set up too close to the roller?
2. If I train for roughly 6 hrs on the trainer p.w., does anyone know/have any advice on when I'll need to change the tyres?
Thanks - advice greatly appreciated!

oyu can get roller specific tyres you know - or get an old second hand tyre and save your best for the road. The dissenter is every human being at those moments of his life when he resigns
