wanted training partner for cardiff area

i am relatively new to cardiff and am looking for people to ride with on a tuesday , wednesday and late evenings in the summer as i work weekends . loooking for some one to keep fit with i am unable to join a club because of working weekends .I only average around 15mph and am no racing snake the best part of 15 stone .if anyones intrested give me a pm cheers keith .

Hi mate, what time do you get out midweek in the evenings?

It may well be worth you joining a club, Cardiff Ajax do evening rides and training rides for all abilities mid week evenings.
