Interesting one. Who wants to talk to him and about what?
You add in the timing of the the Lance article and you get the feeling something big is going on. It's not the USADA as they don't have power to subpoena peopleFckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0 -

I was willing to believe race radio this time as Landis is under federal investigation and a more general probe into doping in cycling in the USA might be ongoing???0

Plenty of time before the Tour though.
Which is when any major doping story HAS to break.0 -
Not Pat McQuaid @UCI_Overlord
getting ready for the Bruyneel story avalanche.... first one coming shortly.....

Too bad @rsnt and Maertens are ignoring phone calls. Stories are moving forward without their comments. Can't hide this one.0 -

He's only ahead of the curve in that he's 'revealed' things that turned out not to be true. His predictions have been largely wrong and he's never said anything of interest that wasn't said by someone else. He is, like you, an Armstrong obsessive, so I can see why you see you think he's some sort of prophet. People who tell us what we already think are always the wisest.
There may well be something in this story, but let's wait until a proper journalist writes about it. Anonymous people on Twitter will never be reliable sources to even minded. To the fanatics they will always great sources though.Twitter: @RichN950 -

By the way, I think that if you read this thread you will find that I made absolutely no claims about the veracity of the rumour. However, plenty of others including Dave_1, nic77, Iain and LeicesterLad all commented on it in an uncritical way or have repeated what other 'Anonymous people on Twitter' have said. Following your 'logic' does not this mean that they are all greater 'fanatics' and 'Armstrong obesessives' than - in your opinion - I am?
Perhaps the reality is that you would like to believe that anyone who does not buy into the 'Armstrong myth' has 'lost it'. As they say, 'Faith is believing what you know isn't true'.0 -

Bernie, you're going to have to pace yourself. You are currently full gas on two threads and I believe the absence of Armstrong threads recently means that you might not be "Forum fit". Like Schleck in the Giro you might need to measure your efforts and post yourself back to fitness. These threads could turn out to be grand Tours and not chippers.0 -

Tour of California starts today, which is when one major story has broken each year for the last three0 -

That said, some other details that could be confirmed (or otherwise) are surfacing. For example, 'The one who has lost it' has said that Bruyneel was not at the Tour of California press conference, which would be odd if true.
Also, VeloNews, who are clearly trying to chase this story up, have reported that:RadioShack manger Johan Bruyneel is at Hilton Sonoma but not speaking w/ press. Team media director Philip Maertens would not comment.0 -
I would probably say the Velonation source is RaceRadio. Shane and RR chat a lot on twitter.Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.0

Now THAT made my day. "Forum fit" - too funny0 -
Hiya Dennis!
Good to have you back. Here's a large mug of tea with some home made chocolate chip cookies. With extra chocolate.0 -
This might still be a chipper. Can't see anyone other than race radio being cited.
Velonation is using race radio, and the only other site I can find is referencing velonation.
Why would you want to go to the states if you live in Fulham anyway ?0 -

As I yawned my way to bed last night I thought 'I wonder if that Bruyneel thread will see Dennis and/or Moray pop up.

Thanx. I've been away on another forum. Most likely getting banned or already banned. It was a Tai Chi forum and if you can believe it they didn't like my ideas either.0 -

No. Way.
Well, behave, and no bannage will occur .
Pro race is pretty civilised now. To be honest, I think it's going through a bit of a purple patch, though that just might be because I'm in on most of the jokes.0 -
This is from Laura Weislo, the US editor of Cyclingnews.com:Reporter to Bruyneel: is it true you were served a subpoena? JB eyeing suspiciously race badge: who the ** are you?0

I know it's old news but I posted on here about how the Disco and USPS chaps seemed to win at will and not get caught for doping. As soon as a good rider left the LA/ Bruyneel Umbrella they got busted. So many riders got caught after leaving this Team it seems amazing. Even up to AC leaving Astana, I said AC would get caught for doping and "Ta Da" it happened. If it wasn't so obvious then they could hide all this (I think I heard about doping control and coded text messages to certain Team members). This all seems to sniff like UK Prime Ministers and certain Media Barons. There's a mass grave of skeletons in a very big closet somewhere and I will wonder if it will ever see the light of day. Time will tell.
