Hi guys

What sort of food should i eat before i start a long training ride? and how big a gap should i leave between eating and the starting my ride?

    it depends on many things.

    How fast are you going to ride?
    how fit are you?
    What has worked for you before?
    Is it Hilly or flat?
    What temperature is it outside?

    In essence its all about trial and error!
    Do a search on food/ nutrition and see what comes up!
