Training after a training camp

Just back from 10 days away where I averaged about 45 miles a day, normally would do about 100 per week. Most of time was fairly easy paced, but there were some climbs and headwinds to keep things interesting. Legs were very 'empty' by the end, but back a day now and already feeling better.
So.... whats the best way to continue training if I want to do well in 10/25 miles TTs? I can do about 5 sessions a week

If you haven't got a headwind you're not trying hard enough
